Andrew has worked in the Finance and Property Industries for the past 20 years. After spending time in the 1990's with non bank lenders RAMS and FAI Home Loans, Andrew pursued a career as a mortgage broker and established Port Finance Group specializing in providing personalized service for his clients property finance needs.

Andrew is passionate about property investment and has helped many clients build substantial property portfolios with his extensive knowledge on 'off the plan' purchases and expertise in how to best structure their finance.

In 2002 he went into partnership with Anthony McDonald and together they are committed to providing professional financial services to their clients.

In his spare time Andrew enjoys travelling and sailing and was a member of the winning crew in the 2003 Melbourne to Launceston Yacht Race.

Anthony has been a partner with Port Finance Group since November 2002. He joined Andrew Baker after finishing a successful 104 game career with Melbourne Football club. Whilst playing he helped set up Demon Home Loans and gained valuable experience in the broker market.

Anthony is a fully qualified Certified Practicing Accountant and worked as an Accountant for 4 years.

Anthony enjoys surfing, playing tennis, has a passion for the Old Xaverians Football Club in the VAFA and is the current match day runner with Melbourne Football Club.

He like Andrew is committed to building a successful broking business that builds life time business relationships. Anthony specializes in home & commercial loans and has recently added plant & equipment finance to the services offer by Port Finance Group.

Lucy joined Port Finance Group as Office Manager in June 2007. Lucy has worked in the banking Sector for Westpac for over 12 years. Previous to that Lucy was employed in various organizations working along side the Financial Manager.

Lucy prides herself on delivering a high level of customer service and ensures her clients are always well informed on the progress of their loan.

Lucy's interests include being actively involved as Club Registrar for her son Daniel's Junior Football Club, supporting her beloved Hawks, walking & on weekends catching up for long lunches with friends.

Voula has partnered Anthony and Andrew and comes to Port Group with over 8 years in finance behind her. Voula has had lender experience, Business Development experience, worked as a broker for quite some time, and for a National Aggregator promoting their lending and property offering.

Her Focus within Port Group is to create an all encompassing business model where clients, referrers and brokers have access to property, finance and financial planning under the one umbrella.
